Very good location especially for attending a concert/event at Cair hall across the street and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Restaurant in the same building is a plus with breakfast, coffee and othr.options. Clean and comfy rooms.

Wonderful place, I recommend it! It's even better than the pictures, a peaceful setting in a very communicative place. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Right next to a park, there are cafes nearby and within walking distance of the sights of the city. A very nice and kind hostess, we would certainly stay there again on our next visit to Nis.

Everything was good, the apartments staff was available right away, and speak English, so don't be afraid. And check this out! I left my backpack at the place in August, and when I wisited the apartments for a night on 20/21 September, my backpack was there, intact and complete! If this is not the best care and helpfulness, than I don't know, what it is. So in my humble opinion the place is good, the surrounding area has a lot of nice restaurants and grocery stores. Would recommend it.

The location is great if you have young kids since just across the road there is a nice playground. The rooms are modern, nice and clean. The host speaks English and it is a blessing since a very small minority speaks english.

Great location. Has a parking which you can use without any restrictions. Large studio/apartment with AC, which could easily fit 4 persons, despite us reserving for two. No balcony, but has a enormous terrace for the floor, which has a great view. With a few words - great value for the money paid.

There is no breakfast included in the apartment price but the restaurant offers very tasty food and the waiters are very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was very modern and clean. The view is awesome!

Great place. Its next to basketball arena and football stadium. Clean, private parking and quiet place. Will book this again for sure.

The apartment is next to the lovely park and is within walking distance of the center and the fortress. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the city. Although we were fifteen minutes late after our pre-announced arrival time, we were patiently waited on and greeted with understanding and a smile. There are many nice restaurants and cafeterias around. The people are friendly and welcoming, the food is truly delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. We would definitely come back again.
