The location is perfect although there was no free parking. The bedrooms were big enough and the beds were okay. Communication with the owner was easy and straightforward.

It is in the centre of Niš, but the bedroom is very quiet. It is a cozy flat.

Our second time in the same room and we couldn't complain about anything. The self check-in instructions were sent to us a few days in advance and everything was sooo smooth. AC was working, no issues with warm water.

Upon entering from the walkway, the building/stairway is antique. The room was clean and tidy, with very easy instructions for access, and it is private. Accommodations include fridge, TV, hairdryer, AC, internet, towels.
