Property exceeded our expectations, rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Location is very central with only about 5 to 10mins walk to the main square and area was very safe eve though it was over the New Year period. Host was superb. A couple of days before we arrived, he sent us all the details with regards to check in and also suggested good places for food and sightseeing. Host was also in constant communication with us throughout our stay to recommend more places and to check that everything was ok. He also went out of his way to take us to some beautiful places where only locals would know about. If I ever go back, I'll definitely book the same property and will recommend to the property to my family and friends too for future visits.

We were there as a family to celebrate a birthday. The owner welcomed us warmly, there were beers and juices in the fridge. He suggested places to eat and go to the bar with music. Thank you

The apartment has anything you need for a comfortable stay in Nis. It was easy to find - the host sent me a video with directions which helped a lot. Full instructions anout how to get the keys and what the Internet password was were provided before I even asked about these. We asked the host, Petar, to let us know of a good restaurant with live music and not only did he recommend us one of the best places in Nis, but he also went the extra mile to make a reservation for us. In the morning the next day, Petar, sent us suggestions for places where we could have breakfast. The apartment is located in the centre of Nis. It was very easy to walk to the main sightseeing. The apartment was very warm and it comfortably accommodated the four of us - four adults. The Internet is super fast! We used the free parking at the location which was a great plus since we were travelling by car. Petar even offered us to use the parking lot for a bit longer after we checked out. Overall my family and I were extremely satisfied with the apartment, the parking, the location and the host. You definitely can't ask for more.

Nice apartment on 5th floor of a quite building. We arrived late,but thanks to Petar's introductory video (from arrival with car to entering the apartment) everything was crystal clear. Super fast (160mb download) internet connection. Beds were comfortable, air conditioners worked fine. I would definetely stay there with my family again.

A lot of space, good beds, clean and cheap. The owner is responsive and friendly. Parking is inside a garage and close to the city centre (10min walk). I recommend for 4-6 people.
