I had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect – everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, and it made exploring the area so easy. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. The accommodation unit was super comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. Plus, it was spotless – you could tell they really take pride in keeping the place clean. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Very friendly welcome and very cozy, comfortable and completely stuffed appartment. It was well heated and the shower water has been heated as well.

I liked everything. I was just looking for a cheap place near the bus station because I had a very early bus and just wanted to have a shower and some sleep but ended up in what was one of my best stays ever. I think the only place that compares with this was an hotel in Amsterdam I stayed in that was 12x the price... So you can see the quality of it. This is truly an entire apartment with living room, kitchen, room and bathroom. It had everything. I mean big towel, hand towel, hair towel, little towel to put on the floor, hair dryer, washing machine, caramels, coffee, tea bags, microwave, oven, a fridge with a bottle of water inside, excellent wi-fi, excellent decor, a big bed with big pillows and big wardrobe. I feel this is a place that you could actually rent for a long stay because it felt like a home. The owner greeted me with apples and grapes that she herself grows! I was so sad I didn't stay longer and didn't plan to visit Nis. I didn't visit the town but it was a 5 min walk from the center and also 5 min walk from the bus station so even the location was excellent. I definetely want to go back to Nis, stay in this place and visit the city.

Hosts were responsive and kind, I arrived close to midnight as I had late flight and they just waited for me to properly settle in. It is super clean, nicely equipped, close to center and main bus station. Highly reccommend!

My apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The host was wonderful and the location was perfect - in a quiet street but close to everything.

Great apartment, walking distance from both the bus station and city centre of Niš! Mario and his mother are both really friendly and made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable as well and the ac is strong enough to keep the whole apartment at a comfortable temperature:)
