Apartment looks beautiful, you can see the evident touch of an architect in interior design. It is very sunny inside since the orientation is on the west and yet very quite because it's positioned opposite of the main walking street. Host Dimitri is so welcoming and funny, he helped us with everything.

I can’t recommend this apartment enough, it’s truly the best place I’ve ever stayed! Located right in the heart of the city, everything you could want is just steps away—restaurants, shops, landmarks, and all the action. The location alone is unbeatable! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and so comfortable. It felt like stepping into a luxury suite. The bed was super cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and every little detail was perfect. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making this space welcoming and functional. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was Dimitrije. He’s the ultimate host—friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure everything was perfect. From a seamless check-in process to amazing local tips, Dimitrije went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible. This wasn’t just a stay, it was a five-star experience from start to finish. Spacious and clean flat. Very chatty guy in charge 😄 We had good time talking. He didn't mind our cat, he even bond with her. Can't complain at all.

The property matched the description. The host was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. It is very well located with an entrance on the main pedestrian street of Niš, so we could walk everywhere, and two supermarkets a few steps away.
