Good location and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent with good ingredients. Fresh and ripe fruits ! Easy to use the stairs for our room at second floor. The is nicely decorated as in the restaurant.

Stayed overnight while heading south the the Pyrenees. Nice hotel in town, close to the centre. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast excellent. Restaurant nice but they did not serve evening meals. They had a basic room service menu but nothing in dining room then on last day they seemed to have dining room open with room service menu.

The room was spacious with comfortable bed and good aircon. Reception, bar area and pool all also well looked after. I was unsure on the location but Niort allowed us to get the train into Paris and head over to La Rochelle in under an hour. We were pleasantly surprised as there were plenty of nice places to eat.

Great value stopover hotel when travelling through France. Staff were very helpful and happy to recommend restaurants. The town square with plenty of bars and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away. If you prefer to venture a little further the old town is another 10 minute walk which offers another range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
