This place is absolutely awesome. It's very very clean and the restaurant serves delicious food. The staff are amazing and so very helpful and kind. The location is awesome, it's a little out of the way, but not too far from most of the sites you would visit, but it's so, so worth it. It was great being out of the hustle and bustle. They hire scooters and push bikes which are awesome as the area surrounding the place is breathtaking. The views with the mountain reflections on the water as you bike around are awesome. Great for photography. We could have stayed a lot longer as it was so peaceful. We would definitely stay again. Just stay here. You won't be disappointed that you did.

Proactive care e.g. when notified we'd check out early in the morning, the team volunteered to prepare & pack the breakfast for us and threw in a few snacks for the long road trip Attention to detail. Ideal location for biking. Trang An being quieter & less touristy than Tam Coc

The location is amazing, incredible view, you got free 🚲so you can travel all around, great food, clean rooms and the best thing is the great service - professionali and emotionality. All the people I met there were super nice! I think it's related to the energy of the place.

Really comfortable, the room we had was like new. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Free bikes were available which was ideal. Dinner was very nice and cheap.

Really friendly family homestay. Lovely little complex. Beautiful calm relaxing setting right on the lakes. We stayed as a family of 5 (3kids) and were well looked after. Nice and close to all the main sights in Ninh Binh.
