Location is in a cycling distance from main attractions and still very peaceful. The room was spacious and clean. It came with bottled water and a hairdryer which were appreciated. Very peaceful and chilled atmosphere. You could order breakfast the night before and it came with fruit and a drink of your choice which was nice. I found the breakfast too oily for me, however you could feel it was prepared with care. The hosts really want guests to have a nice time. If you are looking for a peaceful time, this is a lovely place to be.

Property is exactly how it has been advertised. The location was perfect for us, a bit quiet compared to the hustle bustle of Ning Binh in general. Ms Chen, who manages the property is very friendly and professional at the same time. She was able to answer all our questions and arranged transport for us to our next stop in a heartbeat. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for properties in this location.

Set in a quiet setting, close to very beautiful karsts easily accessible by bike and without many people around. Also close to many attractions, grocery store, market, restaurants. And the owners are so so nice and helpful.

The homestay has beautiful views over the mountains. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The breakfast was very nice. You can take the bike for free and a lot of nice places are easy to bike to. The couple running the homestay is very nice and helpful.

The house looks exactly like in the pictures, very peaceful and close to nature. We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hostess was super nice and gentle and also helped us make the most out of our experience in Ninh Binh!

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and they assisted us with everything we needed: they helped us booking 2 day tours to better explore the area, and a sleeping bus to reach our next destination. They let us access their outdoor facilities after the check out and allowed us leaving our bags there for a day. Anything we asked, they were always so helpful and nice! The village is authentic and you see more locals around than Tam Coc, which is very touristic.

We loved this homestay! It’s a very cosy place in a great location. There’s beautiful nature all around (amazing sounds early in the morning) and it’s quiet, but everything you need is within walking or cycling distance. Loved the free bikes, banana cake and the puppy! Chan and all the other staff are such genuine, kind and helpful hosts.
