The kindness of the owner was exceptional. She booked our transportation to Sapa for us. We appreciated the possibility of renting bikes for the day. The location of this homestay was perfect..

We got a room upgrade to a bigger room. The bathroom was big. The outdoor area was comfortable with a lot of shadow space and chairs for lounging. We could leave the luggage at the reception at the last day, while we went out in Trang An. The area is gorgeous!

A beautiful and quiet place. The owner is super friendly and attentive to whatever we need. The room is spacious and the beds are super comfortable. We also had a delicious homemade breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was really nice. The bathroom was pretty good size for Vietnam. We had everything organised for us such as bike or bicycle rental and didn’t have to worry.

Son (the host) is very friendly. He helps us to ride a motorcycle and to clarify all of our questions about Ninh Binh. The room is big and they have services for laundry and motorcycle and bicycle rent.
