Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and spacious even the walls were a bit worse for ware .

The staff were amazing, they honestly couldn’t have done more for us from organising holding our luggage, renting a scooter, and organising a bus back to Hanoi. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
