Excellent breakfast,the hotel allowed us to have it early as we had an early flight. Staff were also very helpful in arranging taxis etc.

Friendly atmosphere and generally a beautiful place. The rooms are very clean and everything works perfectly. There are nice restaurants and cafes nearby, but it's quiet at night.

Location was perfect and the staff was able to arrange drivers to and from Hanoi for us which was very helpful.
