What a fantastic find. This property is something special. We stayed for four nights. The location to town is perfect. The staff could not do enough for you and were very helpful in anything that was asked.

Perfectly situated, near all the amenities. The staff were really helpful and kind. This is a must stay place if you go to Ninh bing. Extremely clean and good value for money

A great location with a view over rice fields to the limestone karsts. A really friendly and helpful family Also a great location just out of the town but a very short walk or ride to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this accommodation

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom coc village bungalow. The location next to the lake was great. It was super close to town but away from the noise. Ha and her team were very accommodating and friendly and recommended things to do in the local area. We enjoyed the pool, breakfast and being able to hire bikes and ride around

Amazing little place. In the centre, yet a few streets away so that it's quiet. Overlooking a lake. The rooms are super cute little huts. The pool lovely and a decent size and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. They organised a transfer from Hanoi airport for us and also helped us book a cruise for Ha Long bay. The breakfast was basic but tasty. I would 100% stay here again, the people were wonderful and explained the local area to us. We stayed 2 nights but could easily have stayed more.

The location is great. A little bit off the main road but walk or rideable distance. It’s well maintained and the beds are big.

Our favourite accommodation so far on the trip. Really enjoyed the location and layout of the place. Bungalow was comfortable and spacious with space for us to eat a dinner inside on the table and chairs. Lots of places to sit and relax, either outside your door in front of the pool, or as you exit the accomm on chairs looking out to the mountains. Good food options close by and we loved exploring on the free to use bicycles. Didn’t swim in the pool but if you’re there when it’s hot you wouldn’t hesitate.
