Great value stay. Room was great, comfortable and clean. The pool was refreshing. And a simple but tasty breakfast. Hiring a motor bike was easy.

This accommodation was by far the best iv been to in vietnam. There is so much love and detail put into everything that it is so picturesque. The views from the homestay inside and outwards were spectacular. It is just about 1.5km from Tam Coc town which is easy enough to do by bycicle or motorbike. The taxi service hardly charged 28 000 one way. Very close to the homestay are very pretty sights to cycle to. I would recommend finding an easy rider that speaks english if you would rather not ride a motor bike yourself. Your hosts brother can organise this and see the whole area that way. Did the 65$ cuc phoung tour and did not enjoy it. A lot of travelling for little experiences. Rather, arrange yourself a tour or via hostess. Love the Buffalo Cave and the boat ride from Tam Coc town. The breakfast that are included gave you so much option and was very good quality. Cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. I spent my last 3 nights in vietnam here and they took me to the bus stop and organised my bus trip to hanoi airport. Loved the saffron Indian restaurant in Tam Coc if you need a change of diet. They have bikes for free or motor bikes to hire. D

We loved everything about this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were very welcoming and willing to help. The room though not massive was big enough for us. We could sit outside or room which was very pleasant. The rooms, pool and dining room were scrupulously clean. There are only 7 rooms which means it is quiet alongside the peaceful location. Town was an easy pushbike ride away using the complimentary bikes. Hung the owner organised scooters for us too. We were lucky enough to enjoy a hotpot meal on our last evening which was a most enjoyable experience. The price for what we got was incredibly affordable. This is definitely on my list of places to return to, our stay was one of the most enjoyable experienced we have had.

It was a beautiful tranquil location, the decor was bright and cheerful, beds very comfortable, spacious airy rooms, gorgeous breakfast and a very warm welcome from its owners

The owners, even though not speaking english, where the nicest EVER! Very helpful with our bike and motorbike rental, and also on our last day, after a long day under the sun with the bike he suggested that before we left we could take a shower and gave us free water even though we had no room already at that time.

The family we stayed with were very welcoming and accommodating. We had delicious breakfast there each morning, we had our laundry done, and rented scooters. The rooms were spacious and well kept. It’s a very social environment with the family, and other guests so if that’s what you’re looking for, this place is perfect. We had a fantastic time, one of the nicest places to stay on our trip through Vietnam!

Amazing hidden gem, the room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and Aircon. The swimming pool was a nice place to rest, and the garden view is just stunning. The staff was very helpful and I was able to book a private trip, limousine to Ha noi and borrow a bike for a day. The fresh fruit and breakfast was great aswell
