Very calm place in the rice fields - the walk in the night is accompanied by the sound of the frogs. But still only a 5 min walk from town. Place was recommended and also would recommend from my heart. The host is so welcoming and friendly and supported me on every step. Unfortunately i stayed only one night. Even i arrived at 5am at the location, they provided me a bed in their house to have a rest before hitting the wonderful surroundings. Bikes for free available or a rent a scooter directly from them. Even not mentioned i got 2 breakfast 🍳 included. She organized my trip to CatBa in a minute and even cheap. Before leaving, i already checked out, they provided me a place to take a shower. So the journey can continue. Nga is the best.

Excellent location surrounded by picturesque rice fields. Quiet, but just a short walk from the restaurant strip. Most of all the hosts. Thankyou for welcoming me into your wonderful home

This is a pretty property in a great location, out by the rice paddies, but a short walk into town. The breakfast options were limited, but the banana pancakes were wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make us happy. In fact, my husband wasn’t feeling great and they made him a special bowl of rice soup. Such a great gesture. The pool water looked great but the water was cold.

Nestled in a quiet place not far away from the town but still quiet enough to enjoy the peace of a village life in between paddy fields. This beautiful homestay is the ultimate place to experience the luxurious village life. The road to the homestay is narrow but hardly any traffic and that is what makes it beautiful. The host is a ever smiling open hearted family. We were welcomed with sweet orange juice. There is a small pool just to chill. Not too deep to swim but beautiful to sit and enjoy. Our room was in the back side. There is plenty of green around it. A very basic room but quiet comfortable and warm. The complimentary morning breakfast was very tasty. The banana pancakes were the best we had till date. The host served with so much love and offered an extra serving if needed but we were full. We booked a day cab. Her husband drove us around and was very helpful. They have free cycle to ride. It is ultimate pleasure to ride bicycle. It takes you to another level. We explored the town and also nearby temple in it. Her husband and daughter came to drop us at the railway station and we had good conversation with the daughter too. It felt like a home away from home.

The quiet location of Sunshine Homestay suited us perfectly as it was situated about a 10 minute (easy) walk from the town with its many restaurants, bars and shops. The Homestay had lovely views onto tranquil paddy fields but also onto the dramatic limestone cliffs of the area. The rooms - or chalets- were very clean and had comfortable beds although there was no safe. There was an honesty-box fridge in the reception area, umbrellas to borrow and bikes for loan which enabled access to the beautiful countryside and to local visitor attractions. We had a room/chalet at the back of the property which was quiet and overlooked a very pretty garden. Breakfasts were delicious with freshly cooked omelette, banana pancake, bread, honey and jam served with delicious freshly-squeezed fruit juice and tea or coffee. Nha was a very calm, friendly and helpful host for whom nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Sunshine Homestay for any travellers wishing to be outside of the bustle of Tam Coc but within east reach of its amenities.

The hotel is a paradise. The location is truly wonderful, both in terms of position and structure. The owner was very helpful. We made use of various services such as free bicycles, laundry, and in-room massages. Additionally, the hotel driver, who was very kind, took us to different destinations, waiting for us at each stop.

We were treated very well. We arrived early and I was feeling sick, they served us breakfast and gave us a room to rest while ours was getting ready. It is very close to the village, the room is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is incredible.
