“Great relaxing resort and amazing staff”

Such a beautiful and tranquil place to stay. It is a small boutique resort centred round a swimming pool. Although the hotel was quite full, there was still plenty of space to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. It was very easy and cheap to rent a scooter, or a free bicycle from the staff, and ride into Tam Coc centre, or explore the surrounding area. The staff could not be more welcoming and helpful. Particularly Liam who did everything to help us enjoy our stay, and Thoa in sales team. Thank you. Tips for sightseeing (not related to the hotel) Bear in mind we went in late November! Avoid the bird garden as there really is not much to see and it is still under construction. Same with Mua cave- we went up the 500 steps which is nice but the cave itself was shut and there was a lot of building work happening. Both attractions felt quite sad and run down. Maybe they are better in high season. We really enjoyed a short boat trip from a small pier nearer to the hotel, instead of the bigger ones. We went about 7.30am and and had the place to ourselves so it was very tranquil, and exciting to duck down as the boat went through the caves. Best low-key find was Buffalo cave, just a short cycle ride from the hotel. There is a small cave there and some ponds where you can fish. There was no entrance fee and no hassle- we had a few beers there and relaxed. You can do other activities there too such as cooking.

The location was beautiful. Set in a tranquil spot away from the town in an exotic landscaped garden with views of the craggy hills. Breakfast was very tasty - with plenty of fresh fruit and Vietnamese dishes and a reasonable selection of cereals and yogurts. The food generally was very tasty. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - they couldn't have been more attentive and did their utmost to accommodate us.
