The hotel's location appeared to be perfect. It was close to everywhere, but still hidden from noise and traffic. The staff was super friendly, they suggested us where to go and what to see. The room was big and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast sitting by blooming lotuses. A nice ambience and vibe.

Beautiful location, surrounded by luscious greenery and beautiful views. The team was very kind and helpful. They helped me with transportion back to Hanoi, and it was no problem to last minute amend my departure time. They offered bike rental which helped me to discover beautiful Tam Coc/Ninh Binh. Room was really good, spacious and clean. Although the bathroom perhaps could use an upgrade, but i might be nitpicking. It was also really nice to have a balcony that overlooked the pool and pond. I honestly think that this hotel has the best location in Tam Coc and the price/quality ratio is amazing.

The room was lovely, large, quiet, comfortable with a veranda looking out towards the superb swimming pool. The property is in a lovely location with gardens that are nicely cared for. It is an easy walk into Tam Coc. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis and bikes are available to use. We were permitted to use the pool after we checked out. Staff let us have towels and use of a bathroom.

The hotel is well built and has a very atractive look to it, the staff is great and try to accomodate our every need, we felt taken care of and they went above and beyond in helping us arrange our stay and activities in Tam Coc

Superb location set in stunning grounds just outside of the slightly tacky tourist village of Tam Coc. Come here to forget the noise and swim in the pool looking out at the beautiful surrounding countryside. Staff were very helpful sorting out laundry, taxis, and transport to Ha Long Bay.

Fantastic location - 10 min walk to Tam Coc centre but nice and quiet and loved the tranquillity of being surrounded by limestone cliffs. Enjoyed the swimming pool, good laundry service and very friendly and helpful staff including providing breakfast before the usual buffet time because we had to set off early in the morning.
