We loved everything and within a couple of hours of arriving here we extended our stay because we loved it so much! The views are stunning, the staff are so so lovely, we arrived and were given fruit and tea. The rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge! The breakfast was also really good. Thank you for a great stay, if we are ever back in Tam Coc we would 100% stay here again!

We loved the gorgeous property, with well maintained gardens, beautiful villas, a pool, outdoor lounge areas for big groups and individuals. The location along rice paddies was beautiful- away from busy street but very easy to access. Staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage on our last day until evening, and arranged an affordable taxi to transport us to the train station. Also the breakfasts were delicious and filling, and generous portions. And we were greeted with seasonal fruit. It was absolutely a highlight of our trip to stay here- we were so happy when we arrived!

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! From the moment we arrived, Lucy and her entire family made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm and caring hospitality. We were greeted with fresh juice and fruit, which was such a lovely touch after our journey. Lucy went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, even helping us organize a driver for spontaneous trips during our visit. It was such a relief to have everything handled so efficiently. The food was simple yet delicious, and the flexibility to order a small meal at any time was a fantastic convenience. This place truly feels like a home away from home, and we can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Lucy, for making our stay so memorable!

Very nice place, perfect location. excellent portioned breakfast but more than enough options. The staff was very friendly especially the manager Lusy. We spent 3 nights in our hotel and 2 full days in Ninh Binh. Of course it is not enough for a such amazing place like province Ninh Binh. But we didn't lose any time thanks Lucy's assistance. First day we asked for motorbikes with drivers for me and my daughter. My son took a motorbike for himself and his girlfriend. Next day we took 2 motorbikes without drivers. And we got good bikes and prices . We are very grateful to Lusy

This is such a beautiful property - a lot better than the photos, we were blown away when we arrived! The staff were so lovely and welcoming, they even put on a free special dinner for us on Christmas Eve. They went the extra mile on so many occasions and made the stay 10/10. The property is perfectly located, super quiet and comfortable but close to everything you need, a lovely little sanctuary. I would love to stay again!
