Everything about the hotel was very good. The only problem we faced was food as we are pure vegetarian from India.

Location location location. A short walk at where all the restaurants are and away from the main stret. Also Phuc services is top notched. He provided 5 star services, clear communication and liaising for transportation.

Loved this friendly hotel close to the main area of Tam Coc. Location was perfect, in a side-street close to boat harbour and all the restaurants and bars. The included buffet breakfast was very nice and plentiful, and the room was large with the best shower we have encountered on our travels throughout Vietnam.

Great location, and extremly helpful staff, especially Receptionist Nhung Guach who went out of the way to help. Breakfast was good, we had to leave early and they had the dinning room open before 6.30am.

The location was very good. Near enough to the bars and restaurants but far enough away to be reasonably noise free. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entire hotel, not just the room I stayed in, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast offered a great selection, including both Vietnamese dishes and classic Western options, all of which were delicious. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from the male staff member at the front desk. His hospitality throughout our stay was impeccable, and he went above and beyond in arranging sightseeing recommendations and plans, making my trip to Ninh Binh truly unforgettable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This was a great stay for us. The room was really big and just like advertised on booking. Bed super comfortable and big bathroom. No noise from the street :) Phuc at reception was always incredibly helpful and friendly, really makes a difference!! Location is great, very central but also in a street tucked away so it doesn’t feel too intense. Overall would really recommend
