It was in the best location to stay! We really loved being a bit out of town in nature. But at the same time, it is super easy to get into town. There are bikes, motorcycles you can rent. On a bicycle it was 5/10 mins. The homestay is located near some really beautiful restaurants on the rice fields that I highly recommend. Delicious food. Very lovely family run the place. The rooms are spacious and clean. We got the room with the bath and very much enjoyed that. The free breakfast was also great. Peaceful and beautiful and would definitely choose to stay here again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The owners were super helpful. Only wish our stay was longer.

We arrived early in the morning after a long trip on the night train and the host, Hoa, immediately gave us coffee and fruit free of charge. She helped us arrange a car from Ninh Bình station and a tour for the next day. We rented bicycles and explored the surroundings. The room was basic but clean and functional. After the first night there was no cleaning; when we came back we found the room as we left it; so we just asked for clean towels. The pool is great but the water was a bit too cold and I could only swim for a few seconds (probably it was too early in the year). Location is a bit isolated, near Bích Động temple but dead at night; you need bicycles or a Grab to get to the village (avoid riding bikes at night, as the road to the village is very dark and dangerous - we saw an accident and our driver told us it was a common occurrence). Overall it was a pleasant stay and very quiet. Hoa is a sweetheart and she always makes sure that guests are having a comfortable stay.

Lovely lady running the home stay. She gave us a lot of tips. Beautiful serene location yet walking distance to the city. You can rent scooters and bikes there for a good price. They clean the rooms everyday to a very good standard.

The location was great it is 10 min from the city. You can borrow the bicycle or a motorbike at the homestay. The owner was very kind and accepted us even when we arrived at 3am, as our bus was super early. The owner was ready to help if somerhing was needed. Good breakfast. Wonderfull surrounding, we recomend to rent a bicycle. We really enjoyed it!

An amazingly great value place to stay, just a short distance from Tam Coc centre. The hotel is in a really serene place for a great nights sleep but close enough to the main town. There are good quality bikes available to hire, the staff are really helpful to organise tours, the bath was a great treat after months of travelling and the rooms were super comfortable! Breakfast was varied each morning, with great coffee, fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes and fresh bread. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to base yourself in Tam Coc and Ninh Binh!
