Great location, quiet and peaceful, yet very close to the centre of Tam Coc (10 min walk). Beautiful and clean rooms, with great view on the pool and the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable and big bed. Very kind and helpful host. She also arranged a taxi to the trainstation for us. Good breakfast (including fresh juice). Motorcycle and bicycle rent available. The bathroom has a sliding door between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, so the bathroom stays dry when you take a shower (I think that is a very rare thing in SE Asia). Great stay, would definitely recommend!

Spacious and clean bungalow. Location is perfect for us, walking distance to restaurants and shops but far enough so it’s quiet. View is beautiful and staff is helpful. You can borrow a bike, rent a scooter and buy trips from the staff. Very cute dogs and cats in the area <3

when arrived at sunset among the rocks a local guy had a walk with his 100 ducks and goose to the lake next to us... nice little bungalows on the riverbank at the foot of rocks, 2min ride from the village center with a huge swimming pool, huge room with even more gigantic beds, panoramic view to the water and rocks we can say it has a charm ;)

Such a lovely place to stay! The bungalows were clean & spacious. You had everything you needed in the room (minus a fridge but you could keep stuff at reception so no issue there). The shower was good & the bed was comfy with a mosquito net. The lady on reception was very kind and helpful, we booked a tour with her and also hired bikes for the day which I would recommend to explore Ninh Binh. Our rooms were cleaned daily without having to ask. It is about a 10+ minute walk to the main area with restaurants so not far.

Everything was perfect! The location is top, in a quiet area surrounded by mountains but still 10 min walking distance for the center and everything you need close by. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The host Le An is so friendly and helpful, managed a very super tour for us and was always present for whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious, its one of the best places we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam.

Amazing Homestay stay. The pool was great and the host so friendly. Also the best fried eggs in Vietnam. So close to walk to Tam Coc across paddy fields. Also very reasonable ‘honesty’ fridge and can hire bicycles and mopeds

Peaceful and serene setting and away from the town yet not too far to walk. The fields and cliffs around the guesthouse are amazing. The rooms are nice and meet our needs. The lady boss is super friendly and helpful. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tam Coc Ecofield Home twice, and I’ll definitely be back again!!! The owner is an incredibly kind and helpful lady who goes above and beyond—even after check-out, she made sure we were well taken care of. The peaceful surroundings, warm hospitality, and personal touch make this place truly special. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh Tam Coc
