Jake really looked after us. We arrived very early from the sapa train & were all exhausted, I hadn’t let them know in advance & we were prepared to have to leave our bags & disappear exhausted. However our room was already ready, so they let us check in straight away. We were SO grateful. Then when we woke up we were given freshly cooked breakfast. They ordered us taxis, gave us advice on where to go & were very friendly. My son loved playing with their incredible Koi fish. On the second morning Jake gave us some Korean rolls, very like sushi.. they were good.
