If you want somewhere by the station (so *not* in the middle of town) this is perfect

For little money we were able to arrive in the middle of the night (3.30am). The lady was waiting for us in front of the hotel. She was so kind! We got a nice breakfast and the room was clean.

For the price (a doubleroom 12€/night) it is a really good option. It’s super close to the central bus (and train?) station, so if you are travelling with sleeper bus and get there during the night you just need to walk a couple meters to the door. We got a very clean and big room (1 king size bed and one regular bed we didn’t use) with everything we needed (including AC which, if you’re there during summer it may be quite a relief). Breakfast was included and we could choose within a couple of basic options, again ok for the price. The owner was super nice and friendly. She helped a lot, they received us at 2am in the night, in the morning she recommended the best places to visit, she rented us a motorbike for the day (150000vnd), and arranged for us getting our laundry and a taxi service to where we needed to continue our journey. Ninh bihn area it’s not that big, from the hotel to Trang An it was 20 min ride and its also 15/20 min to Mua Cave. If you need anything good and practical you should consider this hotel.
