Tim!!! The best boss 👍🏽 He rent us a motorbike that was a real bomb! Super breakfast (coffee not included if you share room). The shower was really modern 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Thank you tim & family (my friends 🫶🏽) Active via whatsapp helping you during the day 🙏🏽

Definitely recommend. The woman who runs the homestay is lovely and always willing to help, a bit far from the main attractions in Hanoi but it's still in a lovely area. It's a 2 minute walk to the gym Metal Muay Thai if you are into martial arts.😊

The owners are very nice and friendly and always willing to help. They also rent motorcycles at a good price.

The staff is really nice, kind and polite. The room was equipped with air conditioning and fan. The reception is 24h and they gave us a room at 1:00 a.m.

The staff was very helpful, breakfast is very nice, the rental of motorbikes is quite cheap and the location in a very local area

The lady managing the place is very friendly and helps out with your needs. She booked my bus ticket for Phong Nha cheaper than usual apps and arranged transport to pick up. I arrived in Ninh Binh at night and she allowed me to check in early and gave me a bed already at 6am. Room and bathroom are clean, bed is comfortable. Easy to rent a motorbike/bicycle to explore around.

Good size rooms, Rooftop smoking area that had great sunsets. And the owners are so lovely! Great family vibes, the owners cooked us dinner on the last night and it was amazing! And let us have showers before our night bus
