Kind and helpful staff. Great shower and warm room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast with pancake or eggs. Hotel is in a quiet street, 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants’ area, shops and boat departure river.

The hosts were very nice and accomodating. No flaws, great location in Tam Coc. We arrived at 3am on the day of checking in and they gave us a place to sleep until check in at no extra cost. So informative and knew everything.

Clean rooms, good heating (winter season), spacious room with 2 big beds, perfect shower (as in mosti hotels not separated by a glass from toilet and washbasin), very kind and helpful staff. No lift. Breakfast with eggs or pancakes (similar to any other hotel in the north of Vietnam) and some fruit. Quiet position 5 minutes walk from the main street.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect, quiet street but close to everything. The family who owns the place is lovely. They help you with everything from renting a motorbike to arranging cheap transport to the next place. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would come here again next time.

Amazing value homestay. Bike rental, washing and scooter all sorted. Free breakfast great. Host the best, would defo stay again.
