The owner’s family are very helpful. The location is perfect! It is near main street and yet still very quiet. There is a mini mart, a cafe, bicycle/ motorcycle rental, bus transfer/tour services within the premises, very convenient.

Property is managed by a very nice family. Location is great, very close to the town center and also just a few steps from the lake. Everything was very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and very clean! Breakfast was delicious and each morning we were able to choose something different! The family running this place is super friendly and are doing an amazing job! We felt very welcomed. The family also runs a small shop on site which was convenient for bottled waters and snacks. We really enjoyed the location, loads of restaurants and bars in walking distance. With proximity to the bars we heard music in the evening, but it stopped around 10 PM so it wasn’t a problem for us! Would recommend to stay at Tam Coc Lodge!!

Room was spacious and clean. The staff were always on hand to help and so lovely. It was a great location and incredible value for money with breakfast.

Good location in the heart of Tam Coc, plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Bikes/motorbikes available for hire at a good price (even if the bikes aren't the best quality).

Attentive owners, making sure their guests have the best time while in Tam Coc. Room spacious and clean, with hairdryer and amenities; breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose. Availability of bikes and motorbikes to rent; location of the lodge just in the center with plenty of restaurants and bars 2' away. Definitely If I return to Nin Binh, I would choose it again :)

Nu and Tuyen are great hosts and friendly. The location of the place is close to the lake and easy to get around. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The family is also kind enough to give different breakfast options. Good option for a budget travel.

This was an amazing value stay. As expected for the price it wasn't super luxurious but we love it for what we wanted. Comfy bed, safe room, warm shower and really lovely people. We were able to check in early after our overnight train which was amazing, as we needed a shower and a sit down. The home stay is super central to the town and we hired bicycles from the family and visited the Hang Mua site easily, as well as the near pagoda. Breakfast was great. Would recommend,

We had a brilliant stay here, great value for money and the hosts were really lovely and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious with a good breakfast every day. Owners helped arrange bus back to Hanoi and bike hire. Would stay here again!
