“Best homestay in Vietnam”

Everything, from the delicious breakfast to the cozy room with a massive bed, large windows overlooking the surrounding mountains, and marble tiles, was perfect. The homestay is located in a peaceful area, just outside Ninh Binh, 3–4 km from Hoa Lu ancient town. It’s easily accessible by taxi, bike, or scooter (they provide bikes at the homestay). The area is stunning, with many great spots to explore just a few kilometers away. And, of course, Mr. Dung and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, even inviting us to dinner on New Year’s Eve. If we ever return to Ninh Binh, we’ll stay here again!

The location is midway between the major attractions and were reachable by push bikes which were provided free of charge. You could order either a Western or Vietnamese breakfast with fresh fruit and fresh juice. The rooms were quiet and clean with comfortable beds. The owner speaks very good English and was forever helpful.

Last minute booking, arrived early, welcomed at the door by super friendly and helpful owner. Imparted so much local knowledge, made our two night stay very enjoyable.
