We loved our stay at Lemon Tree Homestay. It was tucked away but just a short stroll to the action. Nothing was a problem for the staff. They helped us to booked bikes, motorbikes, transport to Hanoi etc. The family room was comfortable and clean.

The bungalow was really cute, had a mini fridge and a kettle and really good wardrobe space. The Shower was really lovely with the stone features and the pool would’ve been nice had we had the weather. The Staff are really helpful and assisted with our motorbike when we came out to a flat tyre in the morning. Good location, would stay again if I am ever in Tam Coc again. Thank You

Nice quiet place run by a lovely family, became breakfast before departure earlier, nice pool, could rent a scooter for 150K and extend a night

A beautiful resort style Homestay with lovely gardens, beautiful villas and a relaxing pool. Up a quiet alley, but close to all restaurants and amenities and a short stroll to Tam Coc lake. Staff are wonderful and very relaxed and friendly. Breakfast usually consists of 3-4 options that you order the night before. Very simple and fresh with complimentary coffee throughout stay. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and mine was very spacious with the largest and most aesthetic bathroom in any of the rooms that I have stayed in so far in Vietnam. They also have cycle and scooter hire and offer various excursions.

This property was amazing. It was perfectly located in Tam Coc and easy walk to the Main Street but just slightly out of the way to feel peaceful. The property backs onto a little waterway and is very tranquil. The staff were fantastic, always helpful and caring. The facilities were great. Room sizes were very generous and clean. The pool was a treat and a favourite with the kids. The breakfast was lovely. Atmosphere of the homestay was amazing. I would absolutely stay here again - highly recommended!

New Homestay. Great location! Friendly hosts, with good English. The bungalows are spacious, everything is clean. The territory is well maintained, the pool is good.
