Wonderful welcoming and courteous staff. Stunning setting and great facilities, very comfy beds.. Great breakfast and delicious fresh spring rolls. Thanks to Dat for his help and advice. We hope to return in the future. Tam Coc has lots to offer.

The location is amazing: surrounded by the beautiful and astonishing Tam Coc mountains and immersed in the nature. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, who arranged for us the early check-in, since we arrived from Sapa with a sleeper bus at 6am. The hotel is a lil gem, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is also a key element (unfortunately we couldn’t use it because the weather wasnt warm enough, but we’re sure it would be a nice experience to take advantage of it). Bikes are for free, and we used them in the first morning to explore the surrounding, til the Bird Valley. Breakfast was the best we have had so far in our stay in Vietnam: rich, delicious and diverse.

Location and rooms are perfect. Staff very friendly. Special mention to manager Dat who is very helpfull, professional and friendly. Beautiful spots with mountain views. Local restautants in walking distance. Free bikes.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights. It is beautifully located and perfectly integrated with nature. However, the room did not meet our expectations. In my opinion, it looks better in photos than in reality. The staff is friendly, but sometimes I got the impression that they seemed a bit bored, and many of them were often on their phones. On the other hand, the reception staff was extremely nice. The breakfast area and reception appeared to be somewhat unclean, and I think it would be worth improving this to raise the overall standard of the place. It is very convenient to rent a scooter on-site. The pool area is great

Location is priceless - the views from around the property are amazing Dat was super friendly and helpful (another lady member of staff who we didn't get her name made a great cocktail and was super friendly) Hire of scooter good and reliable Rooms very clean and this was done daily Breakfast pho was good

Excellent breakfast and Quiet for Vietnam! Cheap moped rental and really friendly staff. Chilling at the pool was very nice and at night the wall behind is lit up for some amazing views.
