Nice big rooms. Great location on a back street that connects to the middle of tam coc. Helpful staff who organised a motorbike, two buses and provided a map of the area for us.

The room was exceptionally clean, and smelt amazing! It’s super close to everything in Tam Coc and the host is really helpful in arranging tours or tickets for activities in the area. Bicycles and mopeds available to hire too! As mentioned the host is great, really friendly and accommodating - the breakfast is the best we’ve had in Vietnam too! Couldn’t fault our stay.

We arrived at 2 am at night and the owner opened the door for us while she was already asleep. Very nice of her! Location is in the middle of Tam Coc busy street, so convenient. We only stayed for one night. Bed was comfy, place is clean, but the hot water doesn’t work. Price is on the higher end (we had last minute deal so it was ok)

Best place we stayed so far! Very friendly lady, great location (down a quiet side street, but close to the center), everything clean and well looked after. We could leave our bags after arriving early, got a scooter for 100k/day and recommendations where to go. Breakfast is great, lot of dishes to choose from. First place we also got juice for breakfast! I would highly recommend coming here :)

Good location in quiet area, breakfast was OK (choices of meals from eggs and pancakes), possibility to rent a bicycle or motorbike Relatively good value for price.

Khai the owner/manager was really helpful in organizing all our transportation. She was so nice and friendly. Laundry service is also very convenient.

The hotel was very close to the bus station and city centre yet on a quiet street which was great as we arrived in the middle of the night. The beds were very comfortable, AC, fan, and hot water all functioning. The bikes for rental were quite old but sufficient to get to trang an along the river, which is a beautiful drive. The owner served us a good breakfast and was helpful and accommodated our late arrival and our need for laundry.

This was a one night stay after a very late arrival by bus, the host was amazing at responding especially given the late hour and ensured I was comfortable before going to bed. I would have actually chosen to stay the entire time but it was booked after that night, for the price the amenities surpassed expectations. It is basic but clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend if you want to be close to restaurants and the bus stop. The host went above and beyond the next day helping me get to my next accommodation and letting me know to contact her if I had any questions (even though I was no longer her guest).
