Well located and comfortable hotel, the room was very large and the beds were very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and smiley. Viet the receptionist was extremely helpful and helped book us some bicycles and the hotel transfer to the airport.

The hosts were really kind and helpful! The location is perfect; in the best part of Ninh Binh, close to everything in the center but very quiet. Trang an and other highlights are super close by bike. The rooms were very clean and styleful. We extended our stay 2 times!

Warm Hospitality and Genuine Care at Havana Homestay Havana Homestay in Tam Coc is in an excellent location, just a short walk from Main Street. It’s convenient for exploring the area, yet quiet enough to relax after a day out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything you need for a pleasant stay. What really stands out, though, is the family who runs it. They clearly put their heart and soul into the homestay, going out of their way to ensure their guests feel welcome and cared for. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional help we received when my son fell ill. Viet, the owner, personally brought us to the hospital, patiently guided us through the local system, and stayed with us until everything was sorted. This kind of kindness and dedication is rare, and it made a difficult situation much easier for us. Having stayed at many hotels as a platinum member with Marriott and Accor, I can honestly say this level of support was unmatched. We’re truly grateful to Viet and his family for their hospitality and wish them every success. If you’re looking for a warm, personal experience in Tam Coc, this is the place to stay.

Lovely staff that wants to help with everything. Taxi, laundry, late check-out was all no problem. Room comfortable, nice shower. Very clean.

Quiet location down a peaceful side street but still close to the main strip for restaurants etc. Fairly newly built with a nice little pool. The family are very friendly and welcoming, don't speak much English but are great at Google translate. Good base to visit Trang An, Bai Dinh pagoda etc
