Location was fantastic. Highly recommend staying in a small hamlet with a rural atmosphere and local environment. So much nicer than Tam Coc which is super touristy. Owners were super lovely and always helpful. Breakfast every morning was a highlight - was included in the price and could pick something different every day. Included a huge plate of fruit too. Room was big and beds were very comfortable. We used the homestays every day - location was very central to everything we wanted to do. Easy and super scenic cycling. You are really missing out if you don’t cycle. Lots of really delicious restaurants for lunch and dinner in walking distance and small shops for snacks.

Very warm welcome by the owner and all family members from the beginning to our departure day. Very kind and great service. You are able to choose your breakfast in the evening for the next day and there is no fixed given breakfast time. Wake up and go to breakfast whenever you want. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have enough space for a longer stay. Complementary Mineral water and coffee facilities. The homestay has a beautiful garden area where you can take a nap in the afternoon and also has a swimming pool in the summer time. Located away from the touristik main street there are a variety of small shops and restaurants nearby. To go out in the evening to the town order a Grab and go there by 10 minutes. You are also able to use their bycicled free of charge to ride around. We had to check out very early in the morning, so the owner prepared a small breakfast to go for us, which was very kind! We enjoyed our stay and book again on any time!

It is run by a lovely family in a more rural part of Ninh Binh. Lovely to walk and cycle. Shower is hot and that is needed in winter. The swimming pool looked nice but we didn't use it because it was freezing cold. From the accommodation we saw (wild?) mountain goats doing their thing on the rocks.

Very friendly owners that were very helpful with giving us the best recom to see and visit as much as possible for the time we had in Ninh Binh. Free bikes to use. Had the night bus on the day of check out and they let us take a shower in a free room before leaving. They don’t speak any English but google translate gets you a long way. 10 min walk to the best look out point of Ninh Binh (Mua cave). 15-20 bike ride to Tam Coc. Free breakfast included.

We loved our time here. Our hosts we're super nice. The breakfast was delicious. Trang An and the Hang Mua Caves are very close, perfekt for a bikeride.

Location was really good, in between the main town of Tam Coc and the Trang Am boat attraction, easy to reach both via motorbike or bicycle. Also very close to Mua Caves Motorbikes available to rent at an affordable price Friendly hosts Clean room and facilities Nice swimming pool and garden Allowed us to check into room early, which was much appreciated
