Mr Truong was an exceptional host. He made us very welcome and sorted everything out for us. His wife made us wonderful food, providing free fruit and refreshments at times. We felt very at home here.

Amazing. Very nice owner and english speaking. Scooter rental at the place. Location very good. Nice breakfast. Laundry. Everything was clean, tea in room etc. All was great and we 100% reccomended. The owner is able to organize everything what you want :)

We arrived late and our driendly host, opened us at around 3am. Provided motorbike rental. Drove us to bus station and advised for Ha Giang drivers. Good breakfast Pho. What you pay is what you get.

We had the king room with garden view. It was on the fourth floor (No lift but we had packs and staff help with luggage) The room was lovely and really well equipped.even had reading lights and mosquito nets on the windows which is a big bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. .

It was spotlessly clean. The owner, who speaks good English, was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very very good. Owner booked two day trips for me which saved me a lot of hassle.......and no doubt gave him a good comission!! Train station for trains going to HCMC or Hanoi is circa 600 metres away and owner will collect you there or drop you back there free of charge. Laundry service. Clothes came back smelling lovely. Mini supermarket 120 or so metres from property. No housekeeping on request. Lots of hygiene products in the bathroom.

The staff were super friendly and the facilities were clean and comfortable. They kept my luggage after check out and provided shower facilities after I returned to collect my luggage. Brilliant stay and would highly recommend!

The location was ok, a bit far from the centre, but walkable. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The owner took us on a trip to visit around and was very helpful.

The host was really helpful, he came to pick us up at 4,30am at the bus station and gave us a small room to sleep. For breakfast you can choose from a long list of dishes.

What a wonderful surprise. This family run hotel is great value for money. The food was amazing and a huge menu. We did a couple of tours and they went out of their way. Clean spacious rooms.
