Lovely staff, nice breakfast and a great location to base yourself for sightseeing around Trang An. There are some great routes on Komoot to explore, so hire proper bikes and have fun!

A must-visit destination in Ninh Binh. Cosiana Homestay is a fantastic choice for exploring Ninh Binh. The location is ideal, close to Trang An and Bai Dinh Pagoda, yet offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to assist guests. The included breakfast is delicious, and the bicycle rental service makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. An unforgettable experience—I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely time and were eating there all the time. Ray and his mother are very welcoming and helpful. The beds were so comfortable. I could even work as the wifi was good enough.

The receptionist was so incredibly helpful with anything we needed. When my knee got injured he took me to the clinic and he translated everything for me without asking for payment! So hospitable.

We loved the peacefulness of the location. It's The great because all the main turist sights are near, but it's not as good if you want to visit the city. There is also a lovely restaurant 3minutes by bicycle The greengarden something... the breakfast was both a good and bad thing. The pancakes were delicious, but the quantity was a little small for us.

It is beautiful. Ray was a gem. Perfect location for the sights all easy to get to by bike. Nice and quiet off the main street and a fab pool to cool off in
