The staff was amazing, they allowed us to check in earlier, gave us a room with private bathroom instead of shared that we have booked, arranged bus tickets and transfered us to the bus. Very good location, about 1.5 km far from Tam Coc center but still there are all you need around (market, restaurants). The room was very clean, the WiFi very good and the breakfast was great (baguette with fried egg, vegetables, fruit, coffee and tea)

Anh is really nice and helpful. She rented us a moto for a good price, helped us with a transport arrangement and the breakfast was good.
