We had the presidential suite which was enormous and very comfortable, high ceilings gave it a sense of space and it was tastefully decorated in keeping with the age of the building. We don’t know if other rooms are like this. The hotel is in the pedestrianised centre of Nimes, close to many restaurants and shops as well as the arena and the Maison Carre. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.

We liked the location right in the centre of the old town, and we liked the old, renovated building in which the hotel was housed. But: the street where the hotel is located is a party mile, and unfortunately you can hear it late into the night with the window open (but not with the window closed).

Stunning courtyard, exceptional staff, attentive but not too much - location is perfect - rooms are spacious and we were kindly upgraded to a room with a huge bath!! Would 100% stay again, and would recommend to anyone

Arnaud and Lise were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is comfortable and welcoming with a spacious library available to sit and read/relax. There are a number of terraces to enjoy a drink or lunch. Breakfast is special sitting in a sunny court yard. Generous and varied choice of foods. Restaurants on site supurb. Room generous size and I had a terrace roof garden with table /chairs and loungers. Pleasant to sit out in. Room had coffee maker and welcome treats on arrival. I would definitely recommend a stay over at this hotel. Just outside on the street are cool and popular bars, small fun and unique.

The staff was impeccable. Just so helpful and kind. They immediately upgraded us to an elegant suite several levels above what we'd booked for, and when we informed them that we had fallen ill, they helped us find a doctor and were very accommodating. We felt very lucky to be there and would book again in a heartbeat.

The building- very impressive staircase . Friendly welcome Courtyard was Beautifully lit up at night. Very nice bedroom with very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom Very good dinner at Chez Gigi and good sommelier
