This is a pleasant little hotel situated in the central historical area of Nimes, with cafes, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and museums and places of interest within walking distance. Our room was simply furnished with a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room overlooked a side-street with a little local cafe directly opposite. We had had to choose a hotel at short notice and were happy with our choice, even more so next morning when the receptionist was so helpful in assisting us in solving a problem we had. A big thank you to her!

Location is great, only about ten or fifteen minutes' walk from train station and from the Roman arena. Staff are very pleasant and friendly. Room is clean. Given the low price, the place was great. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's perfectly adequate if you just want a nice, clean, quiet place to stay a few nights while spending most of your day in the city or surroundings. There is a terrific Mediterranean restaurant only a couple of blocks away - highly recommend that too!
