For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning.For bookings of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply.Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel.A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment.It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Great location opposite Nimes train station and an easy walk to the centre. Very clean and comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need, loads of hot water in tge shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend

I was very pleased with our room which was very comfy and very clean. You have everything you need in the kitchen, the bathroom was spotless and loved the powerful shower. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location is fantastic, you have everything you need at your doorstep and you are 10 mn walk away from the town center.

Very convenient for train and bus. A bit of a walk to restaurants in town centre but nice so not a problem. Very useful supermarket next door. Even though parties of young people were staying the room was quiet.
