Directly at the beachfront, outdoor showers, spacious room with nice view, comfy bed, good for swimming, sun bed .. got Room update :-), clean sheets

The room was large, and the bed was comfortable with clean linen. The location was good for us as we had a self drive Tuktuk, so we went out each day to explore the surroundings and get our lunch. The pool is great and large enough for lengths for exercise. Breakfast is also very good, especially the Sri Lankan breakfast. The serving staff are exceptional. We ate here 2 of our 3 nights, and it was also excellent. The beach towels are very luxurious, and you are offered filtered water in reusable glass bottles for free. The balcony was also very large and a wonderful space to sit. You are only a few metres walk from the beach where you have the use of very comfortable sunbeds in the shade of the palm trees.

The location is perfect, right on the beach and restaurants and activities in walking distance. The personal where very friendly and helpfull!

We loved the Beach which was very quiet and the staff was very motivated and nice. The terrace was big and we were also given beachtowels. The food is simple but Tasty.

Perfect location on the beach and the staff were incredibly helpful. Amazing evening meal on the beach and walking distance to the more lively beach bars. We had a room with AC overlooking the pool which was ideal and good value.

The staff are so accommodating and can’t do enough for you. I like to see how the management arrived and is constantly looking for ways to improve the property. Location is perfect being right on the beach and just a walk from other places to eat dinner on the beach.

The staff, Arun and Sareth, were excellent. Arun was constantly attending to many issues with great efficiency and humour. Location right on the picturesque beach, with a nice pool. Breakfast fine. Dinner on the beach a great treat. All very good.

A wonderful place to stay! The stuff is great, the food good and the pool besides the ocean, it's lovely and relaxing! But please don't take the rooms without AC. That's out fault yes, but it's impossible to get them cooled down even in the night so that we couldn't sleep. But as I said, our own fault. Spend more money and relax even better. But the price gap is very high in my opinion for AC. That's why I take down to 8 stars. The rest is just perfect and we would come back with AC!
