The reception boy there was very good in attitude, polite and helpful... The air conditioning system was working not properly with remote bcs of some technical issue, any was it was adjustable....keep doing the hospitality in the same way....all the very best....

We had an excellent 2-day stay at this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful, largely due to the exceptional staff who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They made us feel completely at home, as if we were staying in our own house. The rooms and toilets were spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. While the room size is on the smaller side, it was perfectly fine for our needs. One small point to mention is that hot water wasn't available in the bathroom, but this was only a minor inconvenience. The location is also excellent, with a pleasant surrounding area that adds to the charm of the stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Nilambur in the future. Highly recommended!
