Perfect half way point between the coast and Durmitor. A chance to connect with a local family who’ve been on the land for 300 years, but in newly built cabins. Greeted by the smiling grandmother who can’t speak English and her very polite and helpful grandson. We were smothered with hospitality … shown mainly in the quantities of food that kept coming out (breakfast and dinner, including v good wine), but in other ways too … a historical tour etc
