Really comfortable stay and exceptional host, very kind, goes out of his way to help. Welcomed me with delicious ice cream and gave me a cute gift when I left. Thanks for everything!!

Kazumichi Fujita San and his family are great hosts. They are very friendly and helpful. Fujita San gave us some hot packs for our sightseeing because the weather had turned cold that day. Night before our checkout, Fujita San also offered to drive us to the station. But we didn't want to trouble them, because knowing they were busy with managing their business. On check out day, we walked to the station. Fujita was on his way back to the hotel. He spotted us on the roadside and insisted on sending us to the station. He told us that his sister texted him that we had just left the hotel. We were surprised that they even packed japanese souvenir snacks for our checkout. We felt so blessed to stay in this hotel with such hospitality. It would be wonderful if we could communicate in japanese to express our gratitude and thankfulness for such such a great stay.

Rooms are comfortable and bathroom was great. The staff are incredibly kind driving us to the station the next morning and helping with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful quaint and quiet pension. Exceptional service from the hosts who went over and above to ensure we had an enjoyable trip to Nikko. They were really knowledgeable of their area and gave very good advice to ease our sightseeing. Appreciated the lifts for our sightseeing, and the gifts given to us. Thank you very much.
