The owner was very helpful. The dinner he served me was really good and it tasted like authentic home cusine. He also packed some onigiri for me since I had to leave very early and couldn't eat breakfast there. The room was cozy, clean and warm. Very satisfied!!!

The unit itself was very nice. The location was also in front of the lake in which it was very pleasant experience. Since it was a self check in and check out, there was a very minimal interaction from the staff at the cafe.

The hotel is small, new, clean and quiet. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the bus stop to get there.,along Chuzenji Lake, with lovely view, especially when the weather is good. Owner/man in charge is very kind. The size of a triple room is perfect for 2 people. Both breakfast and dinner are delicious.

The location is right on Lake Chuzenji. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Quiet area. Lovely chef and half board. Very secure entryway and privacy

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Nikko Beans. Rented a car and the location was really convenient; it was near most attractions in Chuzenji such as Kegon Falls, and was only a 30min drive via the winding 48-bend Irohazaka. The room was clean and the hosts served up wonderful breakfast and dinner each day (half board). Found myself looking forward to dinner each night!

The Hotel is located on a quaint street directly at lake chuzenji & about 10 minutes from the main bus stop, so it’s very tranquil. The rooms are really spacious compared to Asian hotel standards and the beds were the most comfortable beds we had during our entire trip! The host is really friendly, offers an exceptional service and is a great cook! We cannot recommend enough to have a home cooked menu if you stay here.

Room was excellent and large enough to hold two beds and a sofa bed. Visited in Nov and the air con/heater kept us comfortable through the cold night. Most restaurants were closed (Tues) but luckily Nikko Beans cafe was open at 7pm so we had a simple dinner there. Parking was free for guests staying in the hotel.
