We had such a fabulous stay here! The location was perfect - right on the lake. It was super clean, cozy, comfortable and warm. Lovely tea and coffee provided and some chocolates. There was also extras you could help yourself too. The lady who owned it / worked there was so kind and accommodating, always smiling and happy to help. When we left she actually gave us some little cakes and crisps as snacks for our journey home, how kind? It was super quiet and so amazing for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

It's a beautiful and well-maintained place at a great location. I had certain issues during my traveling and the owners were very helpful in resolving it.

THE VIEW 😍🥹 amazing!! The location was great. Also the staff was so helpful. She gave me a plan with all the restaurants Nearby and information when they close. The bus was a bit tricky but overall great stay.

The room was big (especially for japanese standards) and very comfortable. Easy to reach from chuzenji onsen bus stop within a few minutes by walk. The staff was very nice and polite, and greeted us with a smile. Beautiful view of the lake from the window.

Comfortable single room, and great location with excellent lake views. The owner/host was very hospitable, helpful, and welcoming. It was cash only, but the ATM was right nearby at the post office.

Very warm, good-sized room, very friendly, kind and helpful hosts looked after our luggage after check out. Have food you can buy in case you don't want to eat out (limited shops and restaurants after dark!) Beautiful location overlooking the lake and right down the road from the bus stop. Short walk to kegon falls.

Staff are fast to respond to messages and very friendly. A very comfortable stay in Nikko, and a bus stop right outside. Lovely view of Lake Chuzenji from my room window! Wish I had stayed here for longer!
