Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.Guests without a meal plan who want to eat dinner at the property must make a reservation at least by 12:00 on the day of arrival.Guests without a meal plan who want to eat breakfast at the property must make a reservation at least 1 day in advance by 15:00.Guests can purchase meals at the on-site Shimotsuke or dine at one of the nearby restaurants (they may be closed depending on the day). There is also a convenience store within a walking distance.Children under 2 years old who do not need bedding, amenities or meals can stay for free.Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.The outdoor pool is open during the summer season.Please note that if non-smoking rooms are sold out, property staff can still deodorize smoking rooms using an air neutralizing spray. The private onsen was amazing, although in the morning its very crowded so I had to booked at night which I cant see the garden and view. But overall its an amazing experience. Especially I got the first snow moment while bathing.

Lovely hotel with a charming Japanese flair. The onsen were amazing and breakfast delicious! Staff was very forthcoming and can speak English.

Very nice hotel with a great Onsen on-site. The hotel is very old and could use some renovations. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Extremely large room, with large spaces to sit and chat while watching the views. The room came with a nice tea corner. There were many onsens and they were not too populated.

Kinugawa Park Hotels is a nice Japanese-style inn with large and comfortable rooms offering both European beds as well as Tatami mats. The Onsen public baths are a bit dated, but well laid out and a nice experience.

Superb onsen, with atmosphere and style, you will love it. Our traditional room was spacious, spotllessly clean and convenient. The whole place is nice, the spa is luxy.
