Dinner had a great choice! Everything tasted good. The futon was comfortable. I could sleep well. The room was clean.

The property was Very clean and well taken care of The Staff were friendly and polite and only too ready to help us with anything we required The food was exceptional both breakfast and dinner were amazing We enjoyed both public and private spas and were not disappointed

Location was good and quiet- nice suspension bridge over the river within walking distance. Futons were so comfortable and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the rooftop onsen which was not busy. Great selection for buffet.

Dinner starts at 7, Breakfast starts at 7. Nice room with tub onsen in the room. Nice dinner and breakfast buffet as expected shown in many youtube vlogs. Both onsens on the top and the bottom floor are clean and tidy, just a bit weird no shampoo for the Top floor onsen. Big car park.

This onsen hotel is absolutely outstanding! It's perfectly located if you are touring around the Nikko area and the facilities and amenities are simply terrific! Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms and wonderful facilities, the all-inclusive dining option also provides excellent value for money.

Ambient is good, feeling comfortable like home. Buffet spread is very good combinations. Room super big and clean. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous. Good onsen.

The hotel seems like it was in the golden age around '80 but the renovation of rooms and facilities make it looks new and comfortable. The food for both dinner and breakfast are amazingly various of choices and good quality. The steak in dinner buffet was beyond my expectation considering it is in the buffet line. All 3 onsen in the hotel are clean and very nice. I feel recharged and relaxed while staying here. All in all, the value of money is great.
