Great apartments in quiet neighberhood. Big and clean swimming pool, with special shallow area for kids, engaged friendly owners living next to apartments (always there), dedicated BBQ/dining area with more kitchen utilities, table tennis, parking with shades close to the apartments. The area had a nice garden. Apartment was well equiped and clean. We had a great stay!!

Excellent location for visiting beaches and towns both sides of the peninsula.In a quiet area within easy walking distance to sea, shops and restaurants.Spacious, very comfortable apartment with a lovely pool. Sava and his wife were lovely and very helpful, thanks for the delicious home baking

Exceptional apartments! Super friendly owners who clearly take pride in keeping their property clean and were always available in case of any questions. The pool area is lovely. We also stopped in for a drink at the pool bar after dinner each night, and the owners were giving us fresh fruits and cakes.

Gorgeous place. Stunning location, great pool and everything is immaculate with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We used the communal kitchen/BBQ area a couple of evenings which is so well equipped. Pool area is very luxurious with the comfiest beds and lots of options for sun or shade. Owners are just lovely and friendly. Perfect location as very peaceful but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants and 5 mins to the main road to drive and explore nearby beaches. A really special place. We hope to return and treat ourselves to a suite!

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, very homely and lovely atmosphere, allowing people to properly rest and recharge. The hotel is owned by a couple, who lives there all year round, so you can see how they put a lot of soul into the place. They always add a personal touch by advising on best beach locations, and even though the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, they came by almost every day to leave pastries or home made peach pie. If you are looking for a big, chain-style hotel with busy bar and loud pool music, this isn’t the place for you, but if you need serenity, peace of mind and ‘home away from home’, then you will fall in love with this place and its owners.

Everything was just great - the room, pool area and place itself is fantastic. Hygiene is on the highest level. Place has nice terrace and garden space. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We will come back for sure. Overall 10+

The hosts of the villa are extraordinary people, you have all the facilities here, a great swimming pool, barbeque area, very well equipped rooms. If it was positioned closer to the center of the Nikiti it would be even better, it is 2 km to the center/port of from the villa , it is 800m to the sea, but here the beach is not organized you have to go 2 km which is not to much but you have to go up and down a little
