A charming, large and new apartment equipped and furnished to a high standard in a rural area of Nikiti, restaurants and a store nearby. Warm staff that helps with everything above and beyond

The appartement was very modern,nice and clean. We had all we need and our host Anna was very nice and helpful. The appartement is big enough,has all utilities you need for a pleasant stay in Nikiti and the cleaning was made every day. Thank you very much Anna &Alexandra for the pleasant stay at Twin Yards ❤️

Everything was excellent. Very clean and modern apartment in great location, outside of the crowd. Walking distance from beautiful Nikiti old town. Many beautiful beaches in driving distance. Hosts, Alexandra and Anna were amazing. Very communicative, friendly, polite and always available.

The checking was very fast and easy. Our room was even prepared faster than expected so we managed to get in faster. When we arrived, we were met with some compliments: olive oil, honey, olives (trully amazing) -> all of these 3 gifts are homemade by the twins father. Location. The location is 10 out 10. First reason is because it is quite, you don't hear the noise from any restautants our tourists. Second - the distance to the end of Nikiti is 1km, which is an optimal distance to walk back to the hotel after have a big tasty dinner. Third - easy to find, good road for the car, plenty of space to park on their own territory. Room. 12 out of 10. Everything is clean, fresh and modern. The cleaning is done every day (including change of the towels). The beds are also amazing. Twins. 20 out of 10. The incredible and warm hospitality of the sisters filled our hearts. They welcomed us very warmly, always smiling, and gave us great recommendations for visits (beaches, places of interest, food). They are always ready to help and solve your question.

Twins Yard is perfect aparthotel for accomodation. Owner Alexandra and her sister presenting kind hospitality. Room amenities are brandly new.. Housekeeping cleaning your room every day.. Location is good for who is looing for tranqulity. There is enough parking place.. Beds are so comfortable.. Owner of the property thaught all customer needs and placed necessary items.. If you are lucky and find availabiltiy do not hesitate to book your room immediately..

The location was excellent, far from the hustle and bustle of the town and the view was amazing. The rooms are very well equipped with everything a tourist might need when being on a trip and are very clean. Everything was very well organized in the rooms. The most important aspect was that the guests were extremely helpful and involved. Anna and Alexandra helped us with everything we needed. Our experience was impeccable.

The whole stay was just perfect. I traveled to Sithonia with my family, husband, and 11-year-old child. The room is in a quiet and peaceful area. We had a huge terrace with a sea view and a whole Kasandra (first finger of Halkidiki)so we could enjoy sunsets every day. The nights are very quiet so you can rest after long days on the beach. The duplex room was perfectly furnished, and very modern. AC and 2 smart TVs in the room, espresso machine for coffee lovers.Perfect hygiene. Every day someone comes to clean a room. Towels and sheets were changed a couple of times and we were there only for a week. This makes everything easier when you travel with family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Masoutis is very nearby and with everything you have in the kitchen, you can easily enjoy your family breakfast with a perfect view. Alexandra and Anna were so helpful and friendly, warm girls. They welcomed us and showed again true Greek hospitality which is the reason we are coming again and again in Greece. Listen to them about what to visit so you can get maximum from your vacation. Mostly I was pleasantly surprised with everything eco-friendly products in the room which shows again that new generations are coming and thinking about everything. Parking in the yard makes everything easier especially in the season period. You have about 15-30 minutes to walk to the city beach and center. This was one of my best vacations ever in Greece and I will definitely come again.

We liked the facility very much. Especially quiet environment, the clean facility, They cleaned the facility everyday, provided towels. Alexandra was really kind, helpful and she provided us whet we needed in a qite short time indeed. The owners welcomed us with fruit juices and sent us with a white wine (::, which is very nice. Bathroom adn Kitchen equipments were quality and complete. The location was good, 10 minutes walk to the Nikiti Beach and town center. The varenda/patio was great. If we go to Nikiti again, we will definetly choose the same place. We stayed at the ground floor and we liked it very much. Esin&Aydin Turkiye
