The apartment is located in an excellent location, the peace and quiet offered by this apartment are one of the most important things to have a perfect vacation. Spaciousness, comfort, clean, sea view and near the most beautiful beach for children. Equipped with everything you need during your stay. Hosts, Sofia is a very pleasant, hospitable and lovely woman. They are there for everything you need, but you don't have the feeling that they are nearby. And something that my daughter remembered was that she ate the best cookies and cakes made by Sofia. All impressions are very positive, we are definitely coming back. ❤️❤️❤️

We liked our stay in Sofia Luxury Maisonnettes. The host made sure we felt right at home in her lovely apartment. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. We really liked the big garden. It was very quiet during our stay. The location is handy: both sides of Sithonia are easy to reach and Nikiti is a short downhill drive. You could walk, but we preferred driving.

The house has an incredible view of the see and the beautiful gardens with olive trees. It is very quiet and the location is very good, very close to beautiful beaches (by car) and towns which you can visit. You can go by feet to nearest beach down (10 minutes by foot or three minutes by car), which is very nice for swimming with gold sand. There is organized beach with tree shadows with beds and umbrellas. But also there is free beach, where you can find a tree shadow. The most popular beaches as Kovioy, Kalogria, Lagomandra, Ormos Panagias, are very close by car (5 to 15 minutes). The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. The split level apartment has terrace from which you can enjoy the most beautiful mornings with coffee and sunset in the evening. The bedrooms have nice comfortable beds. The internet is good. The host Mrs Sofia welcomed us with cold water and homemade delicious cake. Her hospitality and kindness throughout our stay made our vacation even better. Thank you Sofia for everything!

Sofia is very nice host, extremely friendly and behaves like you are her family member. The apartment was among the best I've been in. It has definitely more than photo shows and it's more spacious during the live presence as well. A location is great, far from the crowd, private property with a fence, parking is inside, there are shady covers over it. A lot of plants around (olives mostly), which makes you feel more pleasant during the warm weather, although there is also an air conditioner inside, with a great position, so in the beds for sleeping you're not directly exposed. You can make the apartment totally private with the blinds as well. Mosquito net was present on every window. And if some insect still finds a way to go inside, there are also two mosquito killers to put in outlet (vaporizers) and also an electrical shocking racket. Decent look to the sea (but from the far distance). We would definitely go back there someday. Before leaving, we've got a little present. I highly recommend this place!
