The house is new and very well equipped. A very nice location, close to the beach and restaurants. Good Wifi. The host Maria is very professional and always available.

Very spacious apartment with two balconies near beach and with parking space. For Greece it is very big apartment, sitting and dinning room with big kitchen and big bathroom, and big sleeping gallery. Clean, comfortable. Nice garden also, not very big.

Everything looks nice , fresh and clean. it is located on the second floor of the building with private entrance and a yard full of trees and quite.The privet parking is very useful.From my balcony you cloud see the sea that is one 50 metres distance.I must say many thanks to Maria that take care all our needs and help us about a serious problem with had with the car. Good value for money, fully recommended.

Perfect location, very cosy apartment, and very well equipped, with everything necessary for a nice holiday. Maria, the host, is very helpful - always ready to react to your needs. We recommend it, if you want to stay in Nikity, close to the beach and all the good restaurants.

The host that is managing the property is very nice and helpfull. The apartment is fully equipped and it’s located very close to the beach but for everyday we have chosen another beach 10 minutes by car. There are plenty of restaurant close to apartment and nice promenade to walk. The big advantage of this place is that you have the parking space near to the apartment.

The host is very kind and efficient, but not imposing or intrusive. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for a longer stay for a big family - we stayed two weeks straight and could've gone easily for another week if I had had more days off:). We appreciated much the range of appliances - laundry, dish washer, large fridge with freezer, which makes the longer stay go smoother. An extra plus goes for the mosquito nets on all openings - all windows and balcony doors. This allowed us to open all the windows and doors wide during the night, and avoid sleeping with the air conditioning on. There's also two balconies on the opposite sides of the apartment, so we could enjoy the shade for the morning coffee on the one, and for the evening drink on the other. The place is a hundred steps from the nearest beach; although our favourite beach was another one (Ormos Panagias), ten minutes away with a car, this one is still very good for an early morning or a late evening plunge. The village seaside walkway with all the restaurants and the crowd is also within the walking distance. I should also mention, although the apartment blocks are rather packed, it's surprisingly quiet throughout the day and night (Greek quiet) - there's no bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The reserved parking space is also an asset; the parking spaces are tight for today's big cars though, but we managed. The apartment is on the first (above ground) floor, with the long steep (but well secured and with a handrail) stairway to get to; might be an issue for people with trouble walking or very small children, otherwise not worth mentioning. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
