The apartment is located in a quiet zone and has a parking place nearby. The apartment have 2 badrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with an open space as living room. There are 2 balconies which can be used for relaxation moments. Also, there is an open air kitchen which can be used for make barbecue. The location is not so far from the restaurants area from Nikiti (15 min. walking), The owner is very communicative.

The place was immaculate, with everything looking very new and well-maintained. The location was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was furnished with modern furniture and had all the necessary kitchenware, making it easy to feel at home. The private parking was a great bonus as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Nikiti!"

The 'Liotrivi Houses at old Nikiti' was beyond exceptional. The premises are brand new, very well preserved and spotless clean. There are all the amenities and facilities to provide you with unforgettable vacations. Except the amazing houses which include 3 floors ( underground, ground and first floor, bathroom on each floor, balcony and verandas) there is a fantastic garden and barbeque area which adds up to the whole scene. The host, Mrs. Demetra, is a lovely lady and a great ambassador of the Greek hospitality. Last but equally and most important the houses provide EU standard facilities for people with disabilities (Ramps, elevator in the houses for transport in each floor, beds, bathrooms and rest of rooms are designed to provide all the comfort to such guests)..... The Liotrivi Houses are highly recommended for family vacations, working vacations, couple vacations.

Excellent spacious house, newly build with nice design. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach, but also quiet and away from the crowded area.

Location is very good, rooms are big and it is very clean. You could use the BBQ area free. There is nice garden with tables in front every house. For that price is excellent choice.

The location is great, situated in a quiet area of Nikiti, 5 min drive from the beach / supermarkets (Lidl, AB) / nice restaurants. It’s perfect to enjoy the town as well as departure point to explore Sithonia. Apartment was enough spacious for us, and it had everything we needed and was sparkly clean at our arrival with plenty of relaxation corners. It looks better than in pictures with every detail taking care of. Well equipped kitchen, AC in every room, comfortable rooms, and beds. The garden is nice and very well maintained, as well as the BBQ area. Last but not the least the host was kind, we even received some welcome easter gifts at our arrival. I would definitely recommend the location and hope to get back soon.
